You’ve highlighted some important considerations about project management software, especially the potential learning curve. From a small-business finance perspective, it’s crucial to weigh the initial investment against the expected increase in productivity and efficiency. For instance, if a tool costs $50 per month but helps your team save 10 hours of work that would otherwise cost $150, the software pays for itself within a month. Have you found any specific metrics that your team uses to measure the financial impact of these tools? Understanding that can help others make informed decisions about whether the benefits justify the costs.

The learning curve always gets me, especially if the app doesn't really do what I want. I used to have a bunch of apps & use only one or 2 things in each of them. None of the apps had everything I needed. Now that I use Zuko, I am much more productive in my business and personal life
