Part 7 — Become Valuable✨
Don't Just Be Visible. Be Useful. ✨
By now, you've:
Identified your market.
Found where they gather.
Listened to their conversations.
Participated meaningfully.
Created useful content.
Started building relationships.
Now comes the next step:
Become valuable.
Being visible may get you noticed.
Being consistently useful gives people a reason to remember, trust, and recommend you.
What Does “Valuable” Mean? ✨
You don't have to be the world's leading expert.
You can create value by:
• Sharing useful knowledge
• Solving small problems
• Making complicated things easier to understand
• Connecting people with helpful resources
• Sharing lessons from your experience
• Introducing people who could benefit from knowing each other
• Consistently showing up when you can help
The goal isn't to impress people.
The goal is to make their lives, work, or decisions a little easier.
Try This✨
Ask yourself:
“What can I consistently do that would make me useful to the people I want to know?”
Then choose one or two ways to contribute regularly.
It might be answering questions, sharing insights, making introductions, creating helpful resources, or simply being someone who reliably contributes to the conversation.
Consistency matters.
One helpful interaction is nice.
A pattern of helpful interactions is what people begin to remember.
The Bigger Picture✨
Think about the progression:
Stranger → Familiar Name → Relationship → Valuable Resource → Trusted Connection
You aren't trying to convince people that you're valuable.
You're demonstrating it.
And when people genuinely understand the value you provide, something interesting happens:
You no longer have to force your product into every conversation.
→ Article 8: Let Your Product Become the Proof✨
You've done the groundwork. You've understood your market. You've listened. You've contributed. You've created value. You've built relationships.
Now it's time to bring your product or service into the picture.
But not as the beginning of the relationship.
As the natural next step.
Next, we'll look at how your product can become proof of the value you've already been demonstrating.
Don't lead with what you sell. Lead with the value you provide.

I think being consistent and reliable is most important. People get to recognize your name, and if you are generally positive, they are more ready to converse. 💯✨
